1 Bathroom Our flat BCstays is located in the heart of Lisbon'old quarters but away from crowds and in a very quite street in which you may feel the simplicity of locals. Nearby you may reach fantastic view points, the well known street vintage market "Feira da Ladra", the national monument of Pantheon, and walking by the very centre of Lisbon and go around.

The living room features a comfortable sofa, a four-person dining table. There's also a private terrace to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink at the table and chairs provided.
The air conditioning is in the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook homely meals, such as an oven, a stovetop and a fridge.
The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a queen bed, and the second 2 single beds.
The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitised for your safety.
Neighbourhood very typical and quiet
Graça is a neighborhood that stretches along the flanks of one of Lisbon's seven hills.
Here you can feel the true Lisbon atmosphere and meet its inhabitants.
Away from the hustle and bustle of the most touristy areas, here you can find tranquility in a popular neighborhood, whose house facades are covered with azulejos.
A few minutes walk from the center of Lisbon, it’s a quiet residential area with a supermarket, café-bakeries and restaurants nearby.
Near the apartment, you will have the opportunity to visit two fantastic views:
- Miradouro da Graça, around the old church, offers views of the neighborhoods of Mouraria and Alfama and St George's Castle;
- Miradouro do Senhora do Monte, even more spectacular, admires almost all Lisbon to the Tagus.
No noise after hours - we highly value and respect our neighbours, and kindly ask our equally valued guests to please refrain from making noise after hours, especially between 22h00 - 8h00.
We are available to answer your questions through messaging or phone call.

August 2025Die Lage ist gut, aber nicht perfekt (brauchten immer erstmal den Bus). Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung, bloß hat es an dem ein oder anderen Küchenutensil gemangelt.

August 2025L’appartement est exactement ce que nois recherchions comme base pour explorer Lisbonne avec nos 2 adolescents. Appartement au calme avec 1 lit double et 2 lits simples. L air conditionné était apprécié en été. Un bus stop à 50 m, des petites épiceries très proches pour lz minimum. le fameux tram 28 à 10mn à pied. bref très bien placé. entre 10 et 11 euros pour l aéroport de plus nous avons utilisé pas mal de Uber car cela revenait moins chers que les bus dans certains cas. Nous recommandons vivement.

July 2025El alojamiento está bien, en una zona tranquila, con una comunicación razonablemente buena al centro. Cuando llegamos había problemas menores de limpieza. La cocina no estaba del todo limpia y había alguna otra zona por la que hacía tiempo que no limpiaban. Nada demasiado grave, por otro lado. Las camas razonablemente cómodas, pero la de matrimonio cruje mucho y cuando te mueves por la noche suena demasiado.

May 2025Very nice location, close to touristy places in Lisbon. As well as near bus stop and train station (steep walk up, as in most of Lisbon) . Beds were confortable and duvet was not enough but there was a heater which I appreciated. The locks are very odd. For someone coming from abroad you need to open a lock with an app, which I never was able to use nor did I have a phone with internet so I had to wait for my travel partner to actually come and open the door for me. Then there is access to a key. The little balcony is very much a closed one, good for drying the clothes. Not so nice to chill , better going outside. Appreciated the washing machine. A little more expensive than similar properties I have been to which is why I put a little less for the value. Thank you

March 2025We had a great stay at Teresa’s place! The apartment is clean, bright, and comfortable, with a lovely little terrace. It’s in a peaceful neighborhood, yet close to the center and some of Lisbon’s best viewpoints. Teresa was a kind and responsive host. Highly recommended!

February 2025Espaço muito acolhedor e limpo! O único problema foi mesmo para tomarmos banho, porque a água demorava muito a aquecer e quando estava quente tinha de se um banho muito rápido porque a água quente "era pouca ". Tirando isso recomendo, gostei muito!

January 2023Teresa's house inside looked like the photos.. It did not have a view of the Tagus river as shown in the photos.. ..It was clean. A pot for coffee was missing from the cooking utensils... Even though we had agreed to check in at 1, we entered the house at 3... In general, it was good, but she will have to take care of some additional benefits..

March 2023Bardzo nam się podobało mieszkanie Teresy. Bardzo spokojna, cicha okolica, wśród lokalnych mieszkańców prawie poczuliśmy się jak mieszkańcy Lizbony a nie turyści:) Po całych dniach zwiedzania miasta mogliśmy się wyspać w ciszy i spokoju. Czysto , wygodne łóżka, duży stół w salonie, wygodny do siedzenia dla 4 osób miło nas zaskoczył, bo nie było go na zdjeciach;) kuchnia dobrze wyposażone, brakowało tylko jakiejś mniejszej patelni, były tylko 2 duże. Nasza wizyta była w lutym więc super bylo wstawienie do obu sypialni piecyków dzięki którym nie marzlismy w nocy :). Lokalizacja mieszkania - dla nas super, przystanek autobusu 735 tuż za rogiem, łatwy dojazd do metra. 20 minut spacerem do najbliższych punktów widokowych. Podobny dystans do Alfamy. My dużo chodzimy i lubimy to więc z komunikacji korzystaliśmy z reguły w drodze powrotnej po całym dniu. w okolicy kilka niedużych sklepów spożywczych. Jeśli kiedyś jeszcze kiedyś przyjadę do Lizbony, chętnie zatrzymam się w mieszkaniu Teresy

April 2023L appartement est spatieux, 2 belles chambres et une jolie piece de vie. Il dispose de tout le necessaire. Neanmoins, un bon nettoyage serait le bienvenu. Tout le linge est à disposition. Il y a largement ce qu il faut L acces est facile. Mais il est quand meme excentré. Avec le bus 735, juste à côté, on rejoint le centre en 20 min. Teresa est tres disponible et reactive, merci. Bon séjour

June 2023The Airbnb is in a very good area and is close to a train station. Everywhere we had to go was a reasonable walking distance away, but if we had to go anywhere far or late at night, we took an Uber. It was a very comfortable place to stay and I'm glad I found it when my friends and I were planning our trip.

August 2023Teresa war so entgegenkommend und hat uns vorzeitig den Zugangscode für das Apartment geschickt. Eine der Mitreisenden litt unter starker Übelkeit und konnte sich dadurch direkt nach der Ankunft in Lissabon gleich ausruhen. Die Küche könnte ein paar mehr Utensilien gebrauchen, damit man unkompliziert kochen kann. Ansonsten gab es jedoch nichts auszusetzen an der Wohnung.

September 2023L'appartement de Térésa est parfait pour un séjour touristique à Lisbonne. Tout proche d'un arrêt de bus, c'est le point de départ idéal pour naviguer dans Lisbonne. Ajoutez à cela le calme et le confort pour ce ressourcer à la fin de la journée et tout pour le mieux.

If you are sensitive to noizy neighbours … At 6 o clock You hear them walking up and down the stairs and the front door makes a very hard noise in the morning on week days.
