You can take your meals on the dining area or at the balcony while you appreciate the amazing river view or the sunset. The apartment also has a private garage that you may use for free.

October 2023I would recommend staying at Luis’ apartment to anyone seeking a comfortable, clean, and accessible Lisbon experience. Comfortable and clean stay at Luis’ apartment! Highly responsive and a great communicator, offering additional help if required. One recommendation: ensure apartment is stocked with toilet and kitchen paper. Additionally, the extractor fan in the bathroom doesn’t appear to work, which leads to a “steamy” apartment for a few hours post-shower.

November 2023Great location. Instructions are to the point and helps you get exactly where you need to be, into the building and into the apartment. Carpark is in the same building, but access is via the street behind and with the one way streets, it’s a bit of a loop to get to the Carpark itself on check in and check out on the last day (need to return the keys into the unit post exiting the Carpark). Carpark is narrow, and we had to do a bit of manoeuvring up 4 floors with a Nissan Juke, so pick a smaller car if you can. You won’t need a car if you’ll just be staying in Lisbon but yes if you’re travelling out. Apartment is clean and tidy. Great view of the water. Bed/bedroom is very comfortable. Shower is hot and of good water pressure. Kitchen is spacious but the utensils are a bit old. We didn’t cook aside from breakfast prep. Couldn’t get the dishwasher to work. There’s a washing machine. Overall great apartment and location.

December 2023We had a great time in the appartment. The location is very quiet, no ruise at all but still not so far walking to shops, cafes and the famous tram 28. Close to Pantheon and great coffee shop Copenhagen Coffee Lab. We liked the neigbourhood. The appartment is spacy enough for a small family (two adults+little child) and has nice views as it's on the 15th floor. Everything was clean and prepared for us.

February 2024Nice place with great location. Perfect view from the windows - you can see the pantheon even! The parking is really narrow- we rented Renault Clio and it was difficult to navigate - so rent a small car. It near to the stop of the tram 28E which is perfect- if you take it towards the centre you will see all the main attractions - churches, miraduros, the cathedral. We recommend!

June 2024Zona tranquila para descansar y dormir, pájaros cantando todo el tiempo es música para mis oídos y con la vista al río más relajante todavía. Un poco alejado del centro para ir caminando, pero Uber soluciona el problema. Debe arreglar detalles como manija de la puerta de entrada, piso de cocina. Cama y sofá-cama confortables. October 2024This place is not good - it’s great. Close by to most of attractions, easy to take transportation. Thats a lot of amenities around. The place looks like exactly the pictures. The hosts are super responsive and friendly. It’s good for two, maximum 3 people. I would stay there again and will recommend to friends and family.
