May 2025Great place to stay and close to Pampulha and Museu de Arte Antiga. The building walls are very thin and the noise echoes through the walls. The team responded promptly to any enquiries and was very helpful. Convenient and spacious!

May 2025This apartment was very nice and true to description. On second level above the street. Elevator in building if needed. Very spacious and clean. Lots of storage space, dressers, and closets to put clothing away. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are in separate spaces from one another for more privacy if needed. The apartment is on a busy street, but once you are upstairs, it is quiet enough. The windows seal out a lot of the road noise. And the bedrooms are in the back of the space. Kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

May 2025The apartment was very nice, clean and orderly. It is fully furnished, and provided with everything you need (a coffee machine, a boiler, a toaster, etc.). The bedrooms are large, beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are really nice (one of them is also provided with a bidet). The dining room and the kitchen are modern and there’s also a large TV. The area of the building is quiet and close to the rails and the port.

May 2023I was the first visitor to stay at this recently refurbished property. The place comes fully equipped with all necessary amenities, and the bedrooms were comfortable. The only exception is the living room which, being adjacent to Lisbon's busiest highway, tends to be very noisy. Despite this, the overall experience was satisfying.

December 2023Ein wunderschönes Apartment mit einer super Ausstattung! Man kommt an und fühlt sich wohl. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, wir lieben es zu kochen und sind voll zufrieden. Die Couch ist sehr bequem und Netflix steht kostenlos zur Verfügung. Die Duschen sind gross und es gibt Handtuchhalter! Es gibt große Schränke mit viel Stauraum und optisch sehr schön verbaut. Die Lage finden wir super, man kann mit dem Auto immer vor der Tür stehen bleiben um was auszuladen und es gibt in der Nähe gleich Parkplätze für Tagestickets. Zu Fuss ist man in 20 Minuten am Time Out Market und es gibt rund herum viele nette Restaurants und Frühstück-Cafes. Das einzige, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, es liegt direkt an einer grossen Strasse und bei offenen Balkontüren ist es recht laut wenn viel Verkehr ist. Die Schlafzimmer sind allerdings auf der anderen Seite und schauen in eine komplett ruhige Gasse, dort ist es total still. Wir lieben dieses Apartment und haben die 4 Wochen hier sehr genossen!

April 2024Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und haben uns im Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten. Die große Straße ist kein Problem, da die Fenster die Geräusche gut fern halten und die Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus gehen. Teresa hat uns jederzeit ihre Hilfe angeboten :)

October 2024Veldig fin leilighet og vi hadde et fint opphold! Leiligheten er nesten finere enn på bildene. Ved innsjekk var ikke renholdspersonalet ferdig enda, så vi måtte sette fra oss bagasje og gå ut igjen noen timer, på tross av at det var flere timer siden innsjekk var åpnet. Relativt treg kommunikasjon fra utleier, men det har vi opplevd med de fleste her i Lisboa. Ofte måtte vi spørre gjentatte ganger. Ved kortere opphold er nok ikke dette et problem i det hele tatt. Veldig hyggelige og serviceinnstilte utleiere når vi fikk kontakt med de.
