To enjoy the beautiful view of the terrace of this apartment, you must go up to the 3rd floor of a typical old building! Since it is located in an old part of the city, there is no elevator! An authentic staircase ... but you will see that it's worth it, oh yes it's worth it... Unique!
Graça is a neighborhood that stretches along the flanks of one of Lisbon's seven hills.
Here you can feel the true Lisbon atmosphere and meet its inhabitants.
Away from the hustle and bustle of the most touristy areas, here you can find tranquility in a popular neighborhood, whose house facades are covered with azulejos.
A few minutes walk from the center of Lisbon, it’s a quiet residential area with a supermarket, café-bakeries and restaurants nearby.
No noise after hours - we highly value and respect our neighbours, and kindly ask our equally valued guests to please refrain from making noise after hours, especially between 22h00 - 8h00.
2 minutes from the bus stop and 15 minutes walk from the train and metro of Santa Apolónia. Also 15 minutes walk from Largo da Graça, where stops the famous tram 28, an itinerant antiquity that runs through the oldest streets of the city.
Near the apartment, you will have the opportunity to visit two fantastic views:
- Miradouro da Graça, around the old church, offers views of the neighborhoods of Mouraria and Alfama and St George's Castle;
- Miradouro do Senhora do Monte, even more spectacular, admires almost all Lisbon to the Tagus.
We will be available to help you and give you all the information you may need.

October 2025Ein supersüßes Loft mit fantastischem Blick auf den Tejo und die Stadt von der Terrasse aus. Es gibt tolle kleine Bars & Restaurants in der Umgebung und man ist sowohl zu Fuß als auch per Bus schnell in der Innenstadt. Klare Weiterempfehlung.

September 2025Teresa was an excellent and communicative host. The apartment was exactly as described with a cosy lounge, well kitted out kitchen, lovely balcony with views over Lisbon, and plenty of space for 2 people. Location is within a 10 minute walk of local supermarket and 20 minute walk of Alfama. Area is relatively steep but buses to Alfama and Chiado are very accessible. A great last-minute find, would recommmend!

July 2025L'appartement est agréable, bien équipé et dans un quartier calme. Attention, peu de places disponibles dans la rue. Des petits commerces sont accessibles à pied. Le plus est bien sûr la terrasse et sa vue panoramique même si le mobilier est un peu vieillissant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement.

July 2025Nice apartment with sunny terrace, comfortable bed, good water pressure. Quiet neighborhood, one can walk to Alfama. There is a bus stop very close by, but the bus was very unreliable. Parts of the interior are a bit worn, but all in all I’d recommend this place.

De straat is erg rustig en wij ervaarde geen geluids overlast. het balkon is heerlijk met een prachtig uitzicht. het drukke centrum is op loopafstand. De host is enorm vriendelijk en de communicatie is erg vloeiend. Niet twijfelen maar gewoon boeken.

May 2025Very nice apartment, very quiet neighborhood. The stairs are steep and narrow, but if you are fit, you’ll make it. To enter you need to connect to the internet as the street door is opened via an app. The outlook from the balcony is amazing! We took Uber to get into town which was very easy and comfortable. I would come back anytime and totally recommend it to other guests.

Der Check-In war einfach und hat gut funktioniert. Zwei kleine Anmerkungen: Die Badezimmertür lässt sich leider nicht schließen und der Kühlschrank macht Geräusche.

May 2025We had an excellent stay at this location. Be prepared for a bit of walking as this place is at the top of a hill, but we didn’t mind that at all. It has a beautiful view which was perfect to enjoy while we drank some wine!

May 2025Pobyt v apartmánu byl skvělý. Z balkónu je nádherný výhled, postele jsou pohodlné, kuchyň je plně vybavená. Byt se nachází ve třetím patře staršího domu, schodiště je velmi úzké, dřevěné, ale má to úžasnou atmosféru. Apartmán byl čistý, obsahoval vše potřebné, při příchodu to tam krásně vonělo.

May 2025Sehr schöne und super saubere Wohnung. Der Balkon ist ein echtes Highlight und der Ausblick entspricht genau den Bildern. Man konnte zu Fuß alles super erreichen und eine Buslinie, die direkt am Platz des Handels hält, gab es auch fast direkt vor der Haustür. Wir würden uns bei einem weiteren Besuch in Lissabon immer wieder für einen Aufenthalt bei Teresa entscheiden.

May 2025Overall we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was as described. As noted in the description, it is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The stairs are quite steep, but the views are worth the climb. As shown on the map, it’s a bit farther away from the tourist area but in an ok neighborhood. It’s about a 30 min walk to Rossi.

March 2025Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Lissabon verbracht. Die Wohnung war für uns ideal. Mit Bus, Bahn und auch zu Fuss ist man schnell an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Ausstattung hat uns gut gefallen, ganz besonders der Balkon mit traumhaften Blick in Richtung Pantheon und dem Fluss Tejo. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und sorgt für Entspanung nach einem anstrengenden Sightseeing Tag . Sogar am Morgen hört man fast ausschließlich Vogelgezwitscher. Der Checkin war ebenfalls komplikationslos und die Kommunikation mit Teresa sehr angenehm. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen

March 2025The house area might not near to any activities or tourist place and located on 4th floor with only accessible with steep and small staircase. Might not recommend for elder members. Other than the washroom door unable to be the locked and refrigerator with the noise, the stay was pleasant. Do prepare your own daily necessities like shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste etc.

March 2025This apartment is great. Location was pictoresque & peaceful, we enjoyed the balcony and views. A bit far away from restaurants and activities. Kitchen was well equiped. Matress was pretty dirty under the sheets, we noticed this while trying to swap the side for better comfort. Living room AC was not working but electric heater did its job well so this was not a problem (in March).

February 2025Parfait, il y a juste ces serrures où il faut un appli pour ouvrir la porte... On a été bloqué une fois, c'est assez stressant... Personnellement je déteste ce type de serrure, il faut avertir sur le site que c'est ça qui sera utilisé. On peut avoir des boites à clé à la place, c'est mieux ! Autrement logement parfait, très bien équipé et vue superbe.

It takes 20 mins by walking to Alfama.Bus stops are just 1 min away.You will find everyting you need in the apartment.I highly recommend this Airbnb stay!

October 2024The view is fantastic! The place is a bit far from the noisy city center (a 20-30 minute walk), which can be both an advantage and a disadvantage. Make sure you have an internet connection for the check-in procedure. A minor thing—there was a coffee machine, but no coffee capsules were provided.

March 2024Traumhafter Ausblick über die Stadt! Die Wohnung hat wie auf den Bildern einen super Balkon mit tollem Blick auf die Stadt. Man muss dafür wirklich einige Treppen hoch ;) Abseits von den Touristischen Spots, sehr gute Anbindung mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Gute Ausstattung der Küche und der Restlichen Wohnung, bequemes Bett. Das Badezimmer hat kein Fenster, sondern eine Lüftung, daher war die Tür sehr verzogen und ging nur schwer zu öffnen. An der Wand waren kleine Schimmelflecken. Der Abfluss hat leider unangenehm gerochen. Sonst war die Wohnung aber sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine schöne Zeit dort in Lissabon.

L’appartement est bien placé, la literie confortable, et l’emplacement est très calme, un vrai havre de paix proche d’Alfama. Je recommande !

La terrasse vue dégagée sur le Tage est parfaite pour boire un verre le soir après la journée de découverte. July 2024Die Unterkunft von Teresa hat uns direkt durch diesen spektakulären Balkon begeistert. Ein durch die typischen portugiesischen Fliesen wunderschöne und große Terasse, von der man einen einzigartigen Blick auf die Stadt und den Fluss hat. Wir haben dort jeden Tag gefrühstückt und wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge als auch die Lichter der Stadt in der Nacht beobachtet. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem nicht so touristischen Viertel, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Kleine Supermärkte sind direkt um die Ecke und große Supermärkte nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Man läuft 15 Minuten zum unglaublichsten Aussichtspunkt über die ganze Stadt (Miradouro da Graça). Das einzige, was wir vermisst haben, waren Liegestühle für die Terrasse, um uns zu Sonnen und Polster für die Stühle. Auch der Tisch war etwas mitgenommen. Dennoch: Eine wunderschöne Wohnung und ein sehr einfacher und flexibler Check Inn. Wir können nur jedem empfehlen diese Unterkunft zu buchen!

August 2024Lisbon mainly consists of apartments & it can be pretty hit or miss. 5 stars & My favorite feature by far was to have a top floor above all the swirl & I really appreciated the view and balcony. This rental was really an awesome find that met all of my needs, from a large comfortable bed, to an AC in summer months, to small touches like a tea pot with a fine mesh strainer for loose leaf tea (big tea person) to just an over-all clean modern & balanced space. The living room was spacious and the kitchen was highly functional. The one thing to be mindful of is that they use this cool app to open the front doors when you first arrive, I have an international phone with data so it was easy for me, but if you're a foreigner and don't have data on arrival It may be a less easeful arrival than it was for me. everything I needed and wanted was 10-15 min taxi and then I would often enjoy the nice walk back or vice versa. There was little markets & other basics close bye. highly recommen

August 2024Eine der besten Wohnungen die wir je hatten. Super Lage, super Wohnung, super sauber und super freundliche Gastgeber. Selbst als die Waschmaschine einen kleinen Fehler hatte, war 15 Minuten ein Fachmann von Miele da und hat sie repariert. Die Wohnung ist super gepflegt und hat eine tolle Terrasse. Wirklich alles absolut hervorragend. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

September 2024Die Unterkunft war super sauber, sehr ordentlich und schön eingerichtet. Von dem Balkon aus hatte man eine super sichtung konnte die Sonne genießen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Schloss konnte man ganz einfach über eine App öffnen oder mit einem Physischen Schlüssel. Das einzige, was ein bisschen schwierig war, war mit einem großen Koffer in den 3.Stock zu gelangen. Die Treppen waren ein wenig eng und sehr steil, aber das ist vermutlich dem alter des Gebäudes zu zuschreiben. Wir würden jederzeit diese Unterkunft mieten, sie ist sehr zentral und super für ein Urlaub zu zweit.

September 2024Logement conforme au descriptif , situé dans un quartier populaire,calme et à proximité de petits restaurants , boulangeries, épiceries, taxis. La cerise sur le gâteau c'est la terrasse avec la vue panoramique sur les toits, le Tage et le panthéon. Toutefois, ne pas perdre de vue que le logement se situe au 3ème étage sans ascenseur et que la dernière volée de marches est assez raide.

Seul petit bémol, sachez que les escaliers sont raides, et peuvent être difficiles si vous avez de grosses valises à transporter.
