1 Bathroom Newly renovated apartment with one bedroom and a living room that can be transformed into a double bedroom. 10 minutes walk from the Sete Rios train and metro station and close to the Zoo, Red Cross Hospital and Army Pupils.

The house is on a third floor without an elevator.

Please take the trash out to avoid it attracting insects. Blue: paper, yellow: packaging/recycling, green:glass, grey: other
Respect the silent period from 22h to 8h

Pets are not allowed
Definitely no parties or many visitors allowed. We and the neighbours want the house to be quiet, always - thank you!
Please close the blinds during the day when you leave to the amount of heat gain from direct sunlight, and make the room cooler in hot days.
As a security precaution, when you go out, all windows and doors are to be closed and locked. When you go out, kindly switch on tall the lights and appliances.
We have self check-in and you can enter at any time from 3pm.
We will always be just a call or message away.
The house is located in a quiet square with a small public garden and sports area.
Parking is paid from Monday to Friday but is a little difficult due to the limited number of spaces.

July 2025I loved staying out of town and at the property. I went to the local cafe every morning and almost every evening for two weeks. I felt like a local when I left. Unfortunately there was a heatwave when I was there (40+ degrees) and as the property is on the top floor the heat was very intense. The property stated that it had air-conditioning, but it was not enough and couldn't be run without the window open. Other than this I was happy to stay there and would do it again.

March 2025Le logement est très bien situé, à proximité du métro et des principaux commerces utiles. Petit bémol, nous avons subi les odeurs désagréables de remontées d'égouts durant toute notre semaine et le logement est froid. Les équipements sont parfois un peu juste (nous étions 3 et seulement 2 petites cuillères..., le matériel de cuisine n'était pas toujours très bien nettoyé. Par contre André et Teresa sont sympathiques.

December 2024Este apartamento no largo Ottolini está situado perto da Estrada de Benfica com comércio (supermercados, pastelarias, ... e alguns restaurantes). Apartamento conforme as fotos. Os aquecedores são úteis para aquecer nos dias frios de inverno.

December 2024Хорошее место расположение, ожидали что будет шумно из-за того что рядом железная дорога, но все было очень тихо и мы ничего не слышали. Квартира была чистой, было приятно увидеть сменный комплект белья и достаточно большое количество полотенец, хотя мы проживали там всего 5 дней. Хозяин отвечает быстро и понятно. Все инструкции были понятны. В квартире было холодно, но нас спасало что были 2 обогревателя, за что большой плюс

December 2023Our stay at Andre’s place was pretty good, the only problem was the living room blinders that were not working and so removed, what made the room really cold and impossible to be used during the cold nights. The apartment is 15 minutes walking distance to Zoo’s metro station, there’re some restaurants, groceries and boulangerie around it what’s good. Overall it was a good staying, we felt safe and comfortable.

December 2023Chegamos antes do horário do check in e eles foram muito gentis de nos permitirem deixar as malas no apartamento. O apartamento é ótimo, bonito e agradável igual as fotos, tem o necessário (roupas de cama, toalhas, papel higiênico, utensílios de cozinha e ainda alguns temperos). O local é ótimo também, muito calmo e próximo à estação que dá acesso a toda Lisboa. Amamos!

January 2024Logement très pratique à 10 min à pied du métro de la ligne bleu. J’ai apprécié son calme. Le logement est assez froid en hiver, bien prévoir de quoi se réchauffer. Le logement correspond à la description. Il était propre et agréable avec internet, télé etc… merci beaucoup !

October 2024Die Wohnung war super, es gab alles was man braucht. Reibungsloser Check-in mit Türöffnungsmöglichkeit über Handy oder Schlüssel. Fußläufig von der Metro, Zug und Busstation etwas weiter als gedacht, aber noch im Rahmen. Die Türöffnung über das Handy hat leider ab dem letzten Abend nicht mehr Funktion, glücklicherweise hatten wir aber zusätzlich den Schlüssel dabei.
