5-minute walk from Estoril beach and train station
The area is well served with nice cafes and stores, including a Bio supermarket just next door.
Just a few minutes walking you can reach the Casino, the Estoril Convention Centre (Centro de Congressos do Estoril), The Estoril Thermal Spa, the Spa Banyan Tree and the Yoga Centre - Áshrama Estoril.
The artisan Fair (behind the Casino) each July and August offers handicraft and a variety of restaurants serving traditional food.
No noise after hours - we highly value and respect our neighbours, and kindly ask our equally valued guests to please refrain from making noise after hours, especially between 22h00 - 8h00.
A Concierge service will be available for you, giving you the keys at check-in and all the information you may need during your stay.
Check-in time is from 15:00 to 20:00.
Late check-in is available at an additional cost: €20 if it takes place after 20:00 and €40 if it takes place after 23:00 until 08:00.
Early check-ins before 08:00 are subject to an additional charge of €40 and are always available subject to availability.
Late and early check-in fees are payable in cash on arrival.
At check-in, we will ask for your identification document. Short-term rentals are obliged to communicate the guest's information to the Border Service (SEF) - this is called an Accommodation Bulletin. Your host is obliged to notify Portuguese Immigration and SEF of your presence within 3 working days of your arrival.
Basic items are provided for your arrival including first day toiletries, toilet paper etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or replacements are not included.

October 2025Fin leilighet, med bra fasiliteter. Litt uklar innsjekking (det sto det skulle være en nøkkelboks, det var det ikke). Litt «styr» med den private parkeringen som alltid var opptatt av bakeriets personell.

September 2025Nuestra estancia en el apartamento ha sido buena, el apartamento es muy amplio, con todas las comodidades, la cocina está equipada con su nevera, lavadora, microondas, horno, tostadora cafetera, etc. Es muy bonito, igual que en las fotos. Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y el salón también, las camas son cómodas y la ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de la Playa do Tamariz y muy cerca del tren de cercanías para ir a puntos cercanos, Cascáis a 5 minutos, Lisboa unos 25 minutos. El barrio es muy tranquilo. Además, justo debajo del apartamento hay un supermercado abierto los siete días de la semana y una panadería.

July 2025Erg mooi appartement. Precies zoals op de foto’s. Perfecte ligging: dichtbij supermarkt, restaurants en strand. Makkelijk met de trein naar Lissabon. Wij hadden een huurauto maar zelfs met het openbaar vervoer kun je je in deze omgeving goed verplaatsen.

May 2025We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment. It was nice and spacious, very nicely decorated with all the amenities we needed for our family of five for a mini break, including useful things such as washing machine, drying rack and iron, plus lots of hangers and storage for our things and some beach toys too. Especially helpful were the supermarket and delicious bakery right next door! Also very close to the beach, lots of restaurants and trains/buses into Lisbon if needed. Hosts were friendly and helpful - would recommend!

October 2024We stayed here for a week. Apartment was clean and spacious, and close to both the seafront and the train station. We had some issues when arriving due to flight delays, for which the hosts were very accommodating! Occasionally the electricity circuit would get overloaded especially if the dishwasher was on, however this was easily fixed with a simple switch on the wall. Overall I would highly recommend this flat! Thank you.

November 2024The flat is in good condition, everything we tried using worked well and it was perfect for a family of 3 or 4. Parking was available and easily accessible and the host was punctual, responsive and friendly. Great location and the mini market and bakery downstairs was a real treat! Easy walk to the Estoril beach front and train station. Overall we were super satisfied with it and would easily go back there.

June 2024The apartment is light, modern and spacious, whilst being perfectly placed for an easy 5 minute stroll to the beach. It was fully equipped, including essentials for cooking and cleaning. The bathroom is small but very functional. What you see in the images is a true reflection of the apartment. It's also ideally located for Estoril's restaurants and bars. It suited my needs perfectly!

August 2024We hebben het heel erg naar ons zin gehad en het appartement was top. Er zitten een bakker en supermarkt direct naast het appartement. We hadden een late vlucht terug en mochten daarom langer blijven in het appartement wat wij erg op prijs stelde!
